Instructions to make Leftover Khichdi paratha:
  1. In a mixing bowl take leftover Khichdi and wheat flour. Add salt, turmeric powder red chilli powder, sugar, sesame seeds and chopped coriander leaves. Add oil and mix well. Knead dough with required water. (Only 1-2 tablespoon water should be needed).
  2. Prepare equal size balls and roll out paratha by dusting flour.
  3. Cook both sides with oil on tawa till golden. Tasty Khichdi paratha is ready. Serve as a breakfast with tea or coffee and achaar
