Serve with steamed rice and vegetables. Combine cornstarch and beef broth, whisking until smooth. Stir broth mixture, hoisin sauce, and soy sauce into onion mixture. Toss with hot cooked pasta, and sprinkle with sliced green onions.

  1. Wash,cut and blend your onions,garlic,red bell pepper and scotch bonnet pepper
  2. Then wash,peel and cut your cabbage,carrot and a bulb of onions
  3. Add a cooking spoon of onion a pot and heat
  4. Pour in your blended paste and lightly fry.
  5. Add in water,then add in all your spices and seasoning
  6. Cover and allow to boil.
  7. Wash your beef and add into the pot,cover and allow to cook untill the meat becomes soft and tender
  8. Then add your cabbage,carrot and sliced onions and cook for 2 minutes
  9. Your sauce is ready,you can serve with white rice,pasta,yam,potatoes etc
