You can use gluten-free noodles in place of egg noodles if you have an intolerance or gluten allergy. You don't need an Instant Pot to make this, but I did provide directions for both stove and pressure cooker. I added a can of cream of chicken soup, pepper, and basil to taste. Rather than using the spaghetti, I used egg noodle twists.

  1. Place cut chicken in a clean empty pot and put on the burner, allowing the juices to dry.
  2. Add a cup of water and season with salt, pepper and stock cube. Let it cook till tender.
  3. When tender, add additional one and half cup of water, add the ground spices and let it boil for a minute.
  4. Add the noodles and let it cook till tender
  5. Add the shredded Nchuanwu leaves, stir and bring down from the burner.
  6. Enjoy while hot and see the cold run out the window! :)
