  5. Add the soaked rice and fry it for few minutes. Add 4 cups of hot water to it and cook it till done. Add salt, little sugar and lemon juice to it and a generous spoon of gheer
  6. Finally when water is dried.Harnish with handful of coriander leaves and shredded coconut and serve hot with raita.
