  2. Take to taste Sugar
  3. Get 1 tbsp Butter for greasing the cake
  4. Get 1 cup Milk
  5. Take As needed Nuts for garnish
  6. Take 2 tsp Eno
  7. Make ready as needed water

Steps to make Quick bake:

  4. Grease the 5 inch round cake tin with oil, or butter, set aside
  5. Place the cake tin on the stand & then close the cooker. Steam the cake over low heat for 25 minutes.
  6. Remove the cake & allow the cake to cool down completely, once cooled using knife clear the edges and transfer the cake on a serving plate
  7. SERVE — Slice and serve the super soft and moist cake immediately
  8. NOTES : For this recipe, u can use baking powder or soda instead of eno, You can also bake the cake in the oven in a preheated oven at 180° C for 25 minute, if you find cracks in the cake then that means your flame was high
