  6. Make ready 1 small Onion cut finely
  7. Get 1 Green chilli cut
  8. Make ready 1 spring Curry leaves
  9. Take 1/2 tsp Mustard seeds
  10. Prepare 1 tbsp Butter
  11. Take 2 tbsp Cheese
  12. Make ready 1/4 tsp Baking powder
  13. Prepare to taste Salt

For who knows grinding and making idli, its not a big deal to make idli. It's an everyday affair for them. I have some friends and I know so many who have never made or seen someone making (newbie to kitchen) and want to try out at home. For them its really a big big project.

Instructions to make Layered idli muffins…..Baking:
  1. Add salt in idli batter and baking powder.
  2. Cut all veggies finely
  3. Heat butter in a pan add mustard seeds and curry leaves
  4. Add onion and sauté for 1 minute just transparent
  5. Add all veggies add chilli little salt because we add salt in batter also.
  6. Mix it and cover it for 5 minutes to dry the water.
  7. Take muffins mould.add one spoon of idli batter.
  8. Add one tsp of veggies.and spread cheese on it
  9. Pour one spoon of idli batter and again.top with cheese.
  10. You can bake it for 10-12 minutes
  11. Eat with coconut chutney
