Instructions to make Leftover Rice Pakora:
  1. Firstly have taken leftover rice in a bowl & mixed ginger chopped, dry chilli powder, salt & kept for 20 minutes.
  2. Then I took one another bowl & pour besan into it. I mixed salt, ginger garlic paste, cumin powder, corriender powder, chat masala, jeera, cornflower, cooking soda, turmeric powder in it & mixed properly.
  3. Then I have made mixed rice ball & deeped in to besan. Fried in a heated oil pan till the golden brown colour came. Finally served with sauce.
