Serve with some tomato sauce, yaji (grounded pepper mix) or on its own. Tofu in a rich and spicy peanut butter sauce! Serve over rice and garnish with chopped scallions, coriander leaves or microgreens. Broccoli, red bell pepper and mushrooms are sauteed with tofu in a savory peanut sauce.

Steps to make Tofu(Awara and sauce):
  1. Pick the dirt from the beans, soak, and blend

  6. For the sauce, slice ur onion, attarugu, tattashe and set aside. pour oil in a pan and pour the slice onion, attarugu, tattashe. Continue stirring using a wooden spoon. After it fried add small quantity of water, add maggi, curry and spices and cover for 5mints. Done. Serve with ur awara

In a small bowl combine peanut butter, hot water, vinegar, soy sauce, molasses and cayenne pepper. The original crispy tofu snack is deep fried until crispy and golden.
