  1. Prepare 1 . Beef, kpomo, smoked fish and dry fish
  2. Take 2 .Crayfish
  3. Get 3 .Mixture of pepper(fresh red pepper, yellow pepper,chilli pepper and shombo)
  4. Prepare 4 . Vegetables(water leaf, Ugu leaf and Uziza leaf)
  5. Take 5 .Ogiri okpeyi(local spice)
  6. Get 6.2 Stock cube(knorr)
  7. Prepare 7.2 Balls of Onions
  8. Make ready 8 . Red Oil
  9. Prepare 9 .Salt to taste

Steps to make Special native Vegetable soup:
  1. Wash the beef and kpomo thoroughly and place in a cooking pot.
  2. Slice one ball of Onion and add to the beef and kpomo. Add a knorr cube, a sprinkle of salt, water and cook till it's done. Remember not to totally cook dry the beef water. leave just a little water as this serve as the major sauce for your soup.
  3. Wash and cut the water leaf, Ugu leaf and Uziza leaf. Set aside.
  4. To begin your cooking; Add half cup of red oil to your cooking pot and bleach for just 15seconds, add one ball of sliced onions and stir a little.
  5. Add grounded mixture of fresh red pepper, yellow pepper,chilli pepper and shombo(you can skip shombo though and use only red,chilli and yellow pepper all in equal proportion just enough for your desired quantity of soup).
  6. Add Grounded ogiri okpeyi and stir mixture to together.
  7. Add the cooked beef, kpomo with dry fish and smoked fish to the mixture on heat and stir.
  8. Add knorr cube and salt to taste and stir..
  9. Add your water leaf and stir. cook for a while.
  10. Then finally, add cray fish, ugu leaf and uziza leaf all at once and stir mixture. cook for just 3minutes and bring down your delicious soup.
  11. Boil water and make your garri ball. serve piping hot to enjoy every moment of it.
