  6. Sautee them to almost brown. Add salt n stir.
  7. Add in carrots n continue stirring.
  8. Cook them for 5 mins on low heat or until soft.
  9. Add your margarine n mix well.
  10. Add the onions that u had left behind..still stirring.
  11. Add green peas. mix well then cover your sufuria or frying pan. simmer for 5 mins on low heat.
  12. After 5 mins, add your assorted bell peppers, mix thoroughly, taste n correct your seasoning, put off the heat n cover your sufuria for 2-5 mins then serve.
  13. If you had prepared rice you can add them inn, mix well using a kitchen fork n serve your vegetable rice while hot. If theres no rice, feel free to use them the way they are or else you use them to make African beef stew.
  14. Enjoy.
