Add another half of water and another tsp of cornstarch for preferred consistency.
  3. Carefully slide tofu in and gently coat the tofu with meat sauce. Simmer over medium low heat for a minute. Drizzle some sesame oil on the dish and add finely chopped chili and sliced scallion/spring onion. Dish up.
