  15. Take 1/2 cup tamarind pulp

  8. Now saute onion till transparent. - Add all the dry masalas and stir well and cook for few mins.
  9. Now add the dal mix well and cook till it starts leaving oil.
  10. Put 1 glass of water and give 1 whistle.
  11. Dal is ready if you find it watery then keep on low flame till you get a bit dry consistency.
  12. Transfer the dal in a serving bowl give tadka of jeera.
  13. Garnish with coriander leaves
  14. While servng put sum chopped onion tamarind pulp nylon sev. - Enjoy with yummy pakwan.
