Ugba and Abacha is one of the most popular of recent trending meals in the world. It is easy, it is fast, it tastes delicious. It is appreciated by millions daily. They’re fine and they look wonderful. Ugba and Abacha is something that I have loved my entire life.

To get started with this particular recipe, we have to first prepare a few ingredients. You can have ugba and abacha using 9 ingredients and 9 steps. Here is how you cook it.

The ingredients needed to make Ugba and Abacha:
  1. Take 1/2 kg Ugba
  2. Prepare 1/2 kg Dry Abacha
  3. Take 3 cksp Palmoil
  4. Get 1/2 teaspoon Potash
  5. Make ready Salt
  6. Get 4 Fresh pepper
  7. Take 1 ck Crayfish
  8. Get 2 Onion
  9. Make ready 3 Maggi cubes

Abacha Ncha and Ugba/Ukpaka (African Salad). African Salad, also known as Abacha Ncha is one of the most popular eastern Nigeria side dishes. Abacha and Ugba also known as African salad is a Cassava based dish from the Igbo tribe of Eastern Nigeria. Abacha is simply dried shredded Cassava while Ugba on the other hand is fermented African.

Instructions to make Ugba and Abacha:
  1. Soak dry abacha with warm water.
  2. Soak potash with 2 teaspoon of water.
  3. Chop onion,Pepper and set aside.
  4. Pour in palmoil in a pot,add potash and stir.
  5. Mix very well it will turn yellow.
  6. Sieve out the water from the abacha and pour in with ugba.add Maggi,Pepper,Crayfish and salt.
  7. Stir and taste if little or more ingredients needs to be added.
  8. Place on heat but lower the heat.simmer for 4mins.
  9. Put off the heat and enjoy the meal.
