  1. Take a dal wash and soaked.Take a mixing bowl put maida,salt,oil,and ajwain mix and rub then add water and make a smooth dough then cover with wet cloth and rest in half an hour.
  2. Take a pressure cooker put water,dal and all spices mix and cover with lid and pressure for till smooth.
  3. Take a pan put oil add cuminseeds,hing saute for few seconds then add ginger garlic saute add onion and fry for till golden brown then add tomato puree saute till oil separate then add boiled dal cook for 5 minutes then dal mashed for laddle.
  4. After half an hour take a wok put oil then oil heat.Take a dough make a balls in equal sizes then roll on rolling pin cut in any shapes and hole in knief or fork then fried in hot oil.
  5. Then serve Sindhi Dal Pakwan in Fresh coriander chutney.
