Steps to make Quick rasam:
  1. Boil tomatoes with salt and turmeric. After boiling add tamarind and mash it.
  2. Grind pepper, garlic, chilli and jeera.
  3. Heat oil in a pan add mustard and jeera after mustard starts popping add curry leaves and grounded powder. Fry for 30 seconds.
  4. Add tomato and tamarind juice. Add desired amount of water and adjust salt if required.
  5. Add chopped coriander leaves and bring it to boil.
  6. Enjoy rasam with rice.
