  8. Take the resting dough,flour your work surface n divide into two,one should be bigger…roll d big one on a floured surface to the size of your pan with excess…
  9. Now place the rolled dough into the pan,press down to ensure its covering the bottom of the pan then use a fork n make holes all over to avoid puffing up while baking…
  10. Pour in the filling and spread evenly…
  11. Now roll out the other dough to the size of your pan and place over the pan to cover the filling, cut off excess dough n use fork to make holes on the top again…
