The ingredients needed to make Chole Chana:
Prepare 2 cups boiled chole(chickpeas)
Make ready 1 bowl onion gravy
Prepare 1 bowl Tomato gravy
Get 2 green chillies
Get 1/2 tsp ginger paste
Take 2 tsp garlic paste
Get 2 tsp red chilli powder
Take to taste Salt
Take 1 glass water
Instructions to make Chole Chana:
Soak chole Chana over night. And boil in a pressure cooker.
Make onion gravy in a mixture grinder. Make tomato gravy as well.
Add 2 tablespoons oil in a pan. Add garlic and ginger paste to it. Stir until golden brown.
Add onion and tomato gravy to the pan. Add all the spices and mix well.
Close the lid and cook until the gravy releases oil.
Add the boiled chole Chana to the pan. Add water if required.
Cook for 10 minutes and serve hot with roti, puri or jeera rice.
