Step by step Dal Pakwan Recipe. How to make popular Sindhi breakfast- Dal Pakwan. Tempered Chana dal flavored with spices is served along with crispy wheat bread called Pakwan. Stir and add it to the dal.

Instructions to make Dal Pakwan:
  1. Mix all ingredients of dough in a bowl and make a firm dough. Cover it with wet cloth and keep it aside for 20 minutes.
  2. Now take lemon sized portions of this dough, roll into 5" diam discs, prick with a fork and deep fry over medium flame. Pakwan are ready!
  3. Put all puris on kitchen tissue and drain excess oil.
