Paneer payasam or kheer is a bengali sweet dish or pudding called as channar payesh. Paneer, Indian cottage cheese is used to make this delicious, rich and creamy kheer or payasam. Instructions to make Kheer (payesh):
  1. Firstly mix ghee in rice.
  2. Now boil the milk in medium flame. When the milk decrease it's quantity then add the rice and stir well.put the gas in low flame.
  3. When the rice cook properly then add milkmaid or sugar and kaju. Mix well.
  4. When the milk become thik then ur kheer is ready to serve.

Here, long-grained rice is cooked in milk and flavoured with classic Indian spices like cardamom and saffron. About Payesh Recipe: Payesh is a Bengali version of kheer.
