  1. Make ready 11 kg milk
  2. Get 1-1/2 mug rice(normal tea mug)

  6. After couple of hours check rice it will break down
  7. When rice gets realy soft and mashy
  8. Now on very low flame,add sugar
  9. Taste sugar and adjust according to your taste
  10. Pour little kheer in plate and check thickness kheer is ready
  11. Pour in bowls
  12. Garnish with almonds and pistachio.cool it before serving
