  1. In a pot heat your oil…add grinded scotch bonnet and onions, ginger and garlic paste,seasoning, spices,beans,locust beans,beef stock,salt,boiled meat,naman sallah (bones), add water and cook till the water reduces and beans soft…
  2. Whisk in your baobab powder(garin kuka) whisk well to avoid lumps…and allow to simmer for 5mins serve with manshanu and yajin daddawa….

Miyan means Soup in Hausa while Kuka means baobab leaves in English. Miyan Kuka is also called Luru soup; it's one of the simplest northern soups made with dried fish.
