  1. Make ready 2 cups flour
  2. Prepare 1/2 tsp yeast
  3. Get 1/2 cup warm water
  4. Take 2 tsp powder milk
  5. Make ready 1/4 cup sugar
  6. Prepare Pinch salt
  7. Make ready Pinch nutmeg
  8. Make ready 1/2 egg
  9. Take Water as required

Steps to make Doughnut:
  1. Pour warm water into a clean cup
  2. Add in yeast
  3. Cover and let it sit for 5mins
  4. Sieve flour
  5. Add milk
  6. Sugar
  7. Salt
  8. Nutmeg
  9. Give it a quick whisk
  10. Pour in (proven) yeast
  11. Egg
  12. Mix well, and sprinkle water little by little until a soft dough is form
  13. Transfer to a surface, add in butter
  14. And knead for 25-20mins
  15. Until a nice, soft, dough is formed, cover with kitchen towel and set aside for a few minutes
  16. Cut baking paper into small pieces
  17. Divide dough
  18. Into six pieces
  19. Take one at a time and mould into circle
  20. Place on d cut b.paper and do the same for the rest
  21. Now brush surface with melted butter, cover and allow to rise
  22. Fry on a very very very low heat
