Instructions to make Tuwo da miyar wake:

  5. If the beans is soft, you will observe the soup is becoming thicky, if so, then add your sliced spinach leaf and add more spices to your taste. And cover for about 2 mins.
  6. If the soup is thicky, then your beans soup is ready, off the fire and allow to cool. This is an African meal, it is best serve with tuwon shinkafa. You can serve it with any kind of tuwo of your choice.. It is healthy and delicious..
