  1. Prepare For the dough
  2. Get 1 cup multigrain atta (flour)(flour)
  3. Make ready 1/2 cup curd
  4. Make ready 1/2 tsp baking soda
  5. Make ready 1 tsp baking powder

  7. Prepare 1/2 tsp mixed herbs
  8. Take 1 tsp chilli flakes
  9. Take 2-3 tsp oil

  11. Take 2 tbsp chopped red bell pepper
  12. Prepare 2 tbsp chopped green capsicum
  13. Prepare 2 tbsp chopped yellow bell pepper
  14. Make ready 2 tbsp crumbled paneer
  15. Get 1 medium sized onion chopped
  16. Get 6-7 processed cheese cubes grated
  17. Make ready 1 tsp red chilli flakes
  18. Get 1 tsp pizza seasoning

  5. For the rose shaped pizza: Roll a thin roti and apply pizza sauce on it. Place around 1&1/2 tbsp of stuffing in the centre. Make 4 cuts at 90°. Tuck two opposite sides first one after the other and then the other two opposite sides to give a shape like rose. Place it in a katori so the shapes remains intact.
  6. For the flower shaped pizza: Roll a thin roti and apply pizza sauce on it. Place around 1&1/2 tbsp of stuffing in the centre. Now join opposite sides of the circle. Then the other two opposite sides of the circle. Join all the four shapes fromed. Pinch the ends of all the corners so it looks like a flower.
  7. While we are shaping the pizzas add salt to make a layer in cooker and pre heat on medium flame for 10 minutes. Now keep all rose and flower shaped pizzas to be baked in cooker.
  8. Cook them for 30-35 minutes on slow flame of big burner. After 25 minutes brush the pizzas with butter and let them cook until done.
  9. Serve all the different shaped healthy pizzas together!
