Instructions to make Vegetable soup and semovita:
  1. Clean and wash the beef, stock fish, dried fish, add salt and seasoning cubes, boil together until it's tender.
  2. Pour palm oil in a pot, add the tomato paste, fresh pepper, sliced onions and dey together, stir continuously to avoid burning. When it has fried, add the meat and stock… Stir together, add salt if necessary. Cover and allow to boil for few minutes. slice the vegetables
  3. Slice the vegetables and wash with some salt, drain to remove excess water. Add to the vegetables to the pot, stir together to fully combine all the ingredients
  4. Add the crayfish, stir together, cover and allow to boil finally. Your vegetable soup is ready… Enjoy!
