  2. Take full fat milk, boil it add lemon juice to make the chenna. Now take a fresh musline cloth and drain the water and hang the chenna for 20 minutes. Filter it well to remove the excess water.

  4. In a grinder jar take the chenna and whisk it into a smooth paste with adding powder sugar, milk powder, strawberry essence, roohafza and 1/4cup cold milk.
  5. Sandesh batter is ready. Remember the batter should not be too thick or too thin, (batter like cake batter)
  6. Take a backing tray and apply some clarified butter over it and put a butter paper in the bottom of the tray.
  7. Pour the batter in it evenly and tap it.
  8. Now sprinkle some sliced almonds kaju and pistachio over it and tap twice to set it.
  9. Take a vessel add 3-4 cups of water in it.cover and boil until the steam start forming in it.
  10. After the steam start forming it turn the flame to low and keep the backing tray on a stand.
  11. Cover it and steam it for 25-30 minutes on low to medium flame.
  12. After 30 minutes remove the tray and let it cool down.after cooling it put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to set it.
  13. After 30 minutes remove it from refrigerator and separate it from the side using the knife.
  14. Remove it into the plate by flipping it upside down.
  15. Cut it into squares shape.
  16. "Strawberry ice-cream Sandesh is ready and serve it chilled.
