  8. Prepare 3 cubes maggi and a tea spoon of salt

  3. Put a new pot on the fire and pour your palm oil into the pot,allow it to bleach a little and pour in your egusi and start frying
  4. Stir while it fry to prevent it from burning, fry for about 15minutes and add the boiled fish water
  5. Add your blended pepper and onions, and crayfish,
  6. Add your boiled fish, maggi and salt and allow it to boil for 3minutes
  7. Wash your sliced or cut bunch of ugwu (pumpkin leaf),cover the pot,let it boil for 5seconds
  8. Drop the pot and serve,you can serve it hot or cold
