  6. Mix the batter with the thick mixture and mix it until well combine
  7. Add ⅓ cup of sugar and then mix
  8. Then add the yeast,mix thoroughly
  9. Cover and allow it to rise for 1hr
  10. After it rise,add the white potash and salt then mix it. If you like you can add onion
  11. Pour a little amount of oil in to the nonstick frying pan,once hot,pour some batter make sure it is thick like pancake. Cover and fry on medium heat till the top done
