  1. Prepare 1 mudu rice(white Na tuwo)
  2. Make ready 1 cup cooked n rinsed rice
  3. Take 2 cups Flour
  4. Take 2 Tablespoon Yeast
  5. Prepare 1 onion
  6. Take 2 cup sugar
  7. Get 1/4 Teaspoon Salt
  8. Take Oil for frying

Steps to make Waina (masa):
  1. Wash raw rice,add yeast, onion flour and cooked rice all together in a bowl. Take to the mill to grind into a smooth paste.
  2. When back from the mill, add a cup of water and mix properly and cover to rise
  3. You will see it has bubbles and have doubled in size. add sugar and 1/4 Teaspoon of salt. Mix and start scoping into masa fryer (Tanda) Now start frying
  4. Turn the other side to when golden brown. Remove from fire and serve with miyan taushe or vegetable soup.
