  1. Take 1 big bowl of gram floor(200 gram)
  2. Take 1 glass water
  3. Make ready 1/4 tsp carom seeds

  7. Make ready 2 tbsp lemon juice

  9. Prepare 2-3 tbsp green chilli(finely chopped)

  12. Prepare 1/4 tsp roasted grinded jeera
  13. Take 5-6 curry patta
  14. Prepare 1/4 tbsp small spoon jeeravan
  15. Take 2-3 plates

Instructions to make Patod (gram flour khadai):
  1. Turn on the gas and put the pan on it and boil the water, and put salt, carom seeds, black pepper and chilli flakes.

  3. Grease the plate and apply thin layer of batter on it with the help of spatula. Keep plates to set the batter.

  5. Now hot the oil in a pan and crackle the mustard seeds in it and put green chillies, curry patta, sesame seeds and off the flame and put all the roles in a pan and toss them or pour the tadka on roles.
  6. Take a plate and keep all the roles on it, sprinkle roasted jeera, jeeravan and lemon juice.
  7. Serve delicious patod(patod ki khadai).
