The ingredients needed to make Boiled plantain and vegetable sauce:

Procedure: Cut the plantain into desired size and peel. Boil the plantain with required amount of salt until it is soft. Preparation of your egg with vegetables. -Pour little oil into the frying pan, then turn on the heat. -Add some chopped onions and let it sizzle. Plantains are the less sweet, starchier equivalent to the banana.

Instructions to make Boiled plantain and vegetable sauce:
  1. Wash plantain, peel, place in a pot of water and set to boil (add salt if you want).
  2. Wash and cut pumpkin leaves, carrots, fresh tomatoes, red chilli pepper, scotch bonnet, and onion.
  3. Wash fish thoroughly, place in a clean pot, add seasoning and cook till fish is properly cooked.
  4. Heat oil in a sauce pan, add sliced onion. Stir for 10seconds and add chopprd tomatoes, red chilli pepper, scotch bonnet, and cook for 3 minutes.
  5. Add chopped carrots and stir for 2 minutes. Add seasoning cube and salt to taste. Stir well.
  6. Add fish stock to the mixture, add fish, add chopped vegetables. Stir well
  7. Cook for 2 minutes and its ready. Serve with boiled plantain and boiled egg(optional)😋
