  3. Cover the dough and allow to rise.when the dough has doubled in size punch down and divide into golf sized balls.dust a tray with flour and arrange them.cover once again and allow to rise for about 15mins.
  4. Dust your working surface and roll out each dough into a thin circle,spread with the melted butter.
  5. Fold it up till you get a long folded rope
  6. Then roll into a circle.
  7. Do the same with the remaining balls
  8. Take each rolled dough and flatten with your fingers then roll out into a circle with a rolling pin
  9. Put a pan on med high and put the dough, cover with a lid (preferably glass so you can see the inside).when it starts to puff up remove the lid and flip the other side keep flipping till both sides are cooked.
  10. Serve with any sauce or curry of choice.
