Tuwan shinkafa da miyar danyan kubewa. awa daya; mutum biyar. Wash the meat, put maggi, onions and salt. and allow to cook till meat is tender. Get a separate pot and put red oil into it, add the onions, ginger, garlic, and pepper. the pepper should be ground in a mortar with the garlic and ginger and dadawa. then the paste is added to the red oil. Steps to make Tuwon semo with miyar karkashi:
  1. For d tuwo u place ur pot on fire wen it start boiling u mix ur semo powder wit water to make a paste den u put it to d boiling water and stir well den u cover l.after like 5 minutes den u add more semo powder and mix well to make tuwo
  2. For d soup::place ur pot on fire add little oil,ur grind Scotch bonnet nd onions wit seasonings den add 3cups of water and cover d pot
  3. Den u grind ur required daddawa,nutmeg,ginger and cloves den u add to d soup,stir and cover
  4. Let it cook until d soup reduces to it half quantity den u add ur cutted karkashi leaf,stir and add little potash

Binta Shehu Shayi ta magance ma.
