  2. Take 1/2 kg beef strip
  3. Get 1 green pepper

Shawarma is a fast-food staple across the Middle East, Europe and the Caucasus. Shawarma is a dish in Middle Eastern cuisine consisting of meat cut into thin slices, stacked in a cone-like shape, and roasted on a slowly-turning vertical rotisserie or spit. Instructions to make Shawarma:
  1. Heat veg oil in a pan add onion garlic ginger paste salt.
  2. Add scotch bonnet and beef strips and stir well.add seasoning and curry and cook for 5 mins.
  3. Add green pepper,simmer for 5 mins and turn off heat.
  4. Take a piece of shawarma bread mix mayonnaise and ketchup spread add cabbage and carrots
  5. Add beef mixture
  6. Fold and serve.
