Also known as Dilli chaat, this popular street food is made with crispy papdi (whole wheat crackers), sev (thin gram flour noodles), yogurt, and a variety of chutneys.
To get started with this particular recipe, we must prepare a few ingredients. You can cook spicy papdi using 9 ingredients and 8 steps. Here is how you can achieve it.

I can still recall many of my relatives asking about this recipe from her and writing down every single ingredient with so much care.
