This glazed danwake recipe came as a cry for complexity in flavours of an interesting meal. For those who do not know, danwake is a dumpling made of Beans and Kuka(Powdered Baobab leaves).

The ingredients needed to make Danwake:
  1. Make ready Dan wake prepared flour
  2. Take Seasoned pepper
  3. Make ready Oil
  4. Take cube Maggi
  5. Take Water

I have decided to cut across divides and create my mix. The traditional Danwake is eaten as "Danwake da mai da yaji", meaning "Danwake with oil and pepper" in Hausa. In a bowl mix flour and baobab powder. Slowly pour the dissolved potash and mix them all.
