Steps to make Carrot and ginger juice:
  1. Wash and peel the carrots properly… cut into small chunks add a little bit of water and blend till smooth.
  2. Wash the ginger very well, peel out the skin, and grate or blend with little water till smooth… minx you thd ginger should just be about 2 or 3 so it doesn't over power to carrot flavour.
  3. ..sieve the juice of of the carrot and do same with the ginger…pour both into a jug, mix properly add the table spoon of honey and chill in freezer. This juice is better served chill or you can throw in some ice cubes.
  4. Once chill pour into a tall glass, you can decide to garnish with some mint leaves and cucumber and relax with any snack and enjoy. This juice is super healthy and so good….šŸ˜‹
