  1. Take a bowl add chicken strips and then add all spice (lemon juice, black pepper, white pepper,ginger powder,red chilli powder salt soya sauce chilli sauce vinegar 2 tbsp corn flour 1 egg) add in chicken and marinate for 30 minutes
  2. Then take another bowl add all purpose flour and corn flour,red chilli powder and mix well.
  3. Take 1 strip add in dry mixture and mix well in that mixture and then deep fry for 4 to 5 minutes on both sides 🥰
