  3. Besides dry roast the cardamoms,nutmeg & maze blend it to a powder then pop it in the halwa
  4. Further add orange red food color mix it well keep stirring making sure it doesn’t stick to the bottom lastly add sugar cook till the sugar melts the ghee separates & it’s done off the flame burner
