The ingredients needed to make Makki/ maize methi dosa:
  1. Prepare 2 cup Maize flour / Makki atta
  2. Make ready 3/4 cup methi leaves (fenugreek)
  3. Prepare 1 small onion with green chilli chopped
  4. Prepare to taste Salt
  5. Take 1/2 tsp Carom seeds ( optional)
  6. Make ready 1/2 cup Curd
  7. Get 1 pkt Eno

This delicious paratha can be enjoyed with Sarson Ka Saag, Butter, Curd/Yoghurt, Pickle or Green. Makki ka atta /maize flour is widely consumed in the state of Punjab and this makki and mooli ka paratha is also a Punjabi specialty. This makki mooli ka paratha is quite easy to make as I have added some wheat flour in it and grated mooli is added in the dough so no fuss of stuffing ,just add. Gluten-free flatbread made of maize flour mixed with fenugreek leaves and other wholesome ingredients.

Instructions to make Makki/ maize methi dosa:
  1. Take a big bowl add all ingredients one by one and with water make a smooth lump free batter
  2. Heat and Grease non stick tawa. Mix eno with sprinkle water in the batter.spread a ladle full batter spread on tawa when it seems colour change again sprinkle oil on it and flip the side crisp both sides on a low flame.make all dosa like that
  3. When u spread batter the flame should be slow otherwise difficult to spread in round shape. Serve hot with chutney, pickle or butter a the curd.

This makki mooli ka paratha is quite easy to make as I have added some wheat flour in it and grated mooli is added in the dough so no fuss of stuffing ,just add. Gluten-free flatbread made of maize flour mixed with fenugreek leaves and other wholesome ingredients. It is very popular in the Punjab state of India. Methi Dosa will be very soft and light and its fermented batter is made of rice, lentils and fenugreek seeds. Soak all separate, soak overnight and grind well with less water.

The same is true for lunches once we often add to a can of soup or even makki/ maize methi dosa box of macaroni and cheese or any other such product instead of putting our creative efforts into creating an instant and easy yet delicious lunch.
