  1. Take 2 liters Milk
  2. Prepare 0.5 cup raisins
  3. Make ready 2 tbsp milkmaid or mithai mate
  4. Get 1 tbsp rice

  3. Remove from heat and add in the milkmaid.
  4. Stir well and let this kheer cool down a bit. Once the kheer is cool you can add the raisins. You can also add in other dryfruits of your choice.
