  3. Now after 15-20 minutes, squeeze out all the water from soya chunks & grind them with onion mixture finely into mixture.
  4. Now take a bowl, add mixture in it with spices mix & 1/2 Tea Spoon Kewara Water or essence & mix them properly.
  5. Then add 2 Table Spoon Maida & 2 Table Spoon or 3 Table Spoon Besan in it & mix them properly.
  6. Now to give a shape of kebab, take long Skewers & apply some mixture on them & give them a roll shape.
  7. If you don’t have skewers, do that same process on a pencil or you can give them a shape of cutlet.
  8. Now take a kadhai, add oil in it & keep the gas on medium flame.
  9. When oil gets heated up, add mixture rolls in it & fry them till they turn into golden brown in colour or bubbles start disappearing from oil.
  10. After 3-4 minutes, when bubbles disappear from oil, turn off the gas & take them out in a plate.
