Steps to make Coloured bread:

  2. Add salt,mix it.

  7. If required add some water.
  8. Knead it well.
  9. Keep for rising 1 or 2 hrs in the hot place or in oven.
  10. Now take it out from the bowl knead it again.
  11. Make balls from this dough put dry edible colour, Green,orange.
  12. Make a long roll from this balls.
  13. Put it in sequence, Green,white,red.
  14. Make it like a plait.
  15. Brush with oil.
  16. Keep it again for rising for 30 minutes.
  17. Put it in the preheated oven for 20 minutes at 180 degree C.
  18. Brush it again with oil.
  19. Take it out from the oven.
  20. It can be stuffed,or take as it is.
  21. Sprinkle some salt & herbs in it and serve it hot hot.
  22. Note_ during the kneading we can add some herbs,like oregano,chilli flakes,thyme.etc for inhancing the taste.
