Instructions to make Khoya Kheer:
  1. Put milk to boil with cardamons.
  2. Once boil comes add soaked rice and cook on very slow flame for at least an hour and keep stirring in between.
  3. Use hand whisk or hand blender to mix and blend the rice until rice are soft enough and blend well but some grainy texture remaining.
  4. Add sugar and condensed milk,adjust the sweetness as per your family's liking. I add burfi and condensed milk so I add the sugar accordingly.
  5. Once the Kheer gets thick and nicely cooked add kewra water and dish out the Kheer.
  6. Garnish with nuts and chandi warq.
  7. P.S: cook on slow flame and for a good time to give a nice color and consistency to the kheer. - Also first add 6tbsp sugar then condensed milk and burfi,if needed then add more sugar as per your taste.
