  7. Combine warm water, asafoetida, salt, and sugar in a large bowl. Mix well. Add the fried dumpling to the warm water mixture. Allow it to soak for 45 minutes.
  8. At the time of serving, squeeze the pakodi to drain off the excess water and arrange them on the serving plate.
  9. Pour whisked sweet yogurt, green coriander chutney, tamarind chutney and chilli garlic chutney over it.
  10. Sprinkle roasted cumin powder, chat masala, red chilli powder, chopped onions, fine sev and coriander leaves. Serve immediately.
