The ingredients needed to make Paneer Bites:
  1. Get 10 pieces paneer
  2. Take 2 tsp chilli powder
  3. Make ready 2 tbsp corn flour
  4. Get 1 tsp rice flour
  5. Prepare 1/4 cup maida /atta
  6. Take to taste Salt
  7. Make ready as needed Oil to fry
  8. Take 2 tbsp garlic and ginger chopped
  9. Get 1 onion chopped
  10. Take 1/2 cup tomato sauce
  11. Get 1 tbsp soya sauce
  12. Prepare 1 tbsp vinegar
  13. Get Handful spring onions
  14. Prepare as needed Water
Steps to make Paneer Bites:
  1. In a bowl make a paste of rice flour, corn flour and maida by adding water. Add 1 tsp chilli powder and salt to it. Make a lump free paste.
  2. Dip the paneer cubes/balls and shallow fry them in an appe pan.
  3. In another kadai, heat oil add the garlic and ginger and give it a good stir. Add the onion and let it turn translucent. Then add the tomato sauce, soya sauce and vinegar and develop it into a good sauce. Add 1tsp chilli powder and salt.
  4. Add the fried paneer cubes to it and coat it properly with the prepared sauce and give good stir and garnish it with spring onions.
  5. Serve it hot as a snack or as a appetizers.
