The ingredients needed to make Tapioca and Egg Omelette:
  1. Get 12 tbsp tapioca flour
  2. Make ready 2 eggs

  7. Get 2-3 tbsp Oil for drying, about
  8. Take Chilli powder for topping if you like
Instructions to make Tapioca and Egg Omelette:
  1. Mix the flour with sone salt, pepper and chicken powder. Then add the water, mix. The mixture has to be runny, almost water like.
  2. Heat the oil in a frying pan.
  3. Add half of the tapioca mixture. Spread it around. Let it cook for about a minute.
  4. Crack the egg on top. Add soms chilli powder.
  5. Then flip it around. Let it cook again.
  6. Serve.
