The ingredients needed to make Tapioca pudding:
  1. Get 1 bowl Tapioca pearls large
  2. Get 3 tablespoon or Sugar to taste
  3. Prepare 1 litre full fat milk
  4. Get Mango flavouring
  5. Get Pistachio flavouring
  6. Take 1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder
Steps to make Tapioca pudding:
  1. Place tapioca pearls in a bowl and fill with water. Wash the tapioca around and drain. Add water and let it sit overnight. Drain the tapioca.
  2. In a large pan mix milk and sugar. - Bring milk and sugar to a simmer over medium heat.
  3. When the milk starts to bubble add tapioca and continue to simmer for about 25 minutes - or until tapioca balls are almost clear. - Keep stirring frequently and remove from gas.
  4. Divide the portion in 3 parts and add green colour to one part and orange to another part. Add mango flavouring to orange and pistachio flavouring to green part. To the plain part add cardamom powder.
  5. In a serving bowl layer the pudding with green at the bottom, white in the middle and orange at the top. Refrigerate the pudding for couple of hours before serving
