For halwa… Heat ghee than add suzi roast it for 5 minutes on slow flame than add wheat flour keep stirring for 5 to 10 minutes… So that it gets mix well add crushed cardamom..now add warm water keep stirring no lumps shud for. Than add sugar… Keep stirring untill ghee is released from sides.. As halwa is ready add dryfruits on top..
  3. For chana daal… Soak chana daal 1 hour… Wash it… Than In a cooker add oil grated ginger cummin seeds than add daal and turmeric powder mix well now add chopped coriander leaves and salt mix well add water and give whistle 4 to 5… Later check consistency daal is ready
  4. For puri mix whear flour and suzi add salt and knead dough.. Little hard.. Than make small balls and roll into puri size and than deep fry in oil
  5. Now serve this ashtami prasad to nau devi and enjoy 😊
