  3. Now in another bowl add 3 cup wheat flour, 1 tbsp carom seed, 1 tbsp oil and 1/2 cup water. Knead a smooth dough, if required you can add more water to knead a dough.
  4. Now take two equal small balls of dough and roll in chapati form. On one chapati add paratha stuffing and put other chapati on it and press all sides evenly and roll slightly to make even chapati shape.
  5. Now take a tawa. Keep it at medium flame. Put this chapati on tawa when slightly cook from one side spread ghee evenly all over and turn the side do same with other side. Radish paratha is ready to serve.
  6. Now in a mixer jar add 2 large tbsp of yoghurt and grinded sugar as per taste. And grind, if required just add very little water. Take out in the glass. Add 1/tbps white butter. Lassi is ready to serve.
  7. Radish layered paratha is ready to serve with lassi, Papad, chutney, pickle, butter and onion rings.
